Collaborating with procurement for efficient supply chain processes.• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities in Excel and (e-PMS) software.• Preparing reports for maintenance monthly expenditure CAPEX & OPEX, work order reports, incident reports, and work permit.• Verifies contactors competence and compliance with industry standards “Third party certification”. • Working and reporting directly to facility manager to plan and execute maintenance strategies by developing preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance programs and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track and optimize the efficiency and performance of system.

• Comprehensive understanding of the principles of HVAC system “Chillers, AHU, FAHU, splits units, compressors and ventilation system”.• Oversight of chilled water quality parameters, monitoring TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) aiming for a standard range, and maintaining pH levels for optimal operations..• Monitoring chiller temperature set points.• Check the FCU valves set, where inspection point will include strainer, drain cock, actuator valve, and DRV (double regulating valve). • Verification of On-Coil and Off-Coil temperatures to verify alignment with measurements and drawings..• Review shop drawings, check the primary-secondary chilled water system parameter.

• Mange day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
