I am a PRINCE2, Agile and Scrum Master certified Project Manager.I have managed IT software developments for large scale projects in complex and changing environments for the clients BMW, Audi and Porsche at Continental Automotive Corporation. I was given the Global responsibility for these projects. All projects were managed and delivered successfully in advance of tight deadlines and according to unique customer specifications. I was also responsible for developing detailed project plans for each and every project release and coordinating deliverables with all stakeholders globally. My expertise extend to both the Software and Hardware IndustryI have also managed projects for clients to improve their market performance and maximise business revenue. I have worked collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders globally, leading effective communication and engagement. I have built strong relationships with industry and innovation experts across Australia, Europe, Asia and America.I have completed my Masters in Business Administration (MBA Production), Masters in Engineering (Embedded Systems) and Bachelors in Engineering (Electronics & Communication).My passion is to foster a positive culture of spontaneity and innovation, tackling current challenges in the complex global environment to ensure successful business outcomes.
