I'm a coach, helping women create strong foundations under their service businesses and their lives so that they can live with integrity. I also support women with conscious aging, legacy creation, and exploring the magnificent journey at end of life.I believe that the life we're given isn’t the life we’re required to live, and it’s our absolute birthright and sacred duty to live our lives as it makes sense to us, right up until we take our last breaths. Those lives serve us, the world, and the Divine, best.(Some) Things that matter to me: maitri as a meditative and spiritual practice, connecting deeply, cities, language, love, living at choice (and always choosing the path of truth), hugging giraffes (live ones!), and cheese...I love cheese.Note: In case you wonder why some people mention me as "Stacy," it's the form of my name I used till I was 45. Then, not wanting to spend another day being called by a name that I didn't love, I started using Anastacia. Stacy shows up in some places--like older testimonials and recommendations, but no one uses it anymore. :)
