Project documentation and contracts with employees and partners; preparation and management of spreadsheets for accounting of the company's financial activities, as well as technical maintenance; search for the contractors for project tasks; designing and analyzing surveys to collect employee opinions to further improve work proccesses.

Creating programmes for exhibition and performance projects of organised visits for schoolchildren; communication with schools in Moscow, the Department of Education and the Department of Culture; organization conferences for art history and the humanities teachers; assistance with school project activities; creating first urban camp based at GES-2; working on projects with teens for teens.

Designing the department's development strategy and plans for the season; coordinating the performance of curators in the department; planning and analysis of department activities; developing and launching new projects with curators.

Concept design, partner negotiations, project documentation maintenance, project budgeting, defining a promotion strategy together with the press service, event management and production.– Curating of Summer Creative Lab for teens (2018, 2019, 2020) The project involved artists from various fields of contemporary art and experts from educational projects. The Lab shifts were dedicated to the following themes: art, contemporary dance, street dance, visual media (video-art, design), performance, plastic theatre, photography, animation-movie, urban studies, ecology;– Curating of Soundscape and Space Music Festival “Otzvuk” (“Echo”) Researching the social experience of self-isolation through the prism of the audial environmentThis project was awarded a financial grant from SPHERE Contemporary Art Foundation and was realized in cooperation with Rodchenko Art School: musical events, public-talks and Lab Rainforest IV during 2 weeks in different spaces of the culture center;– Curating of Performance Lab “Vivikh” (“Dislocation”) Exploring temporality and modernity through performanceThree work groups exploring time-based art during 2 weeks and created performances which were presented in cultural center;– Coordination of the center's art-studios: events, operational issues, planning the logic of the announcement together with the PR-department.
