From the monthly newsletter to the daily lifestyle blog, I am building the voice of the luxury real estate brand.Over 2 years, I've designed and launched a complete rebranding, including the development of a mobile-optimized Wordpress site, new marketing collateral including a new logo, signs, stationery, and business cards, as well as designed, executed and written the daily lifestyle blog.I manage and approve all outgoing marketing pieces, consisting of a team of 11 assistants, for 21 agents. Through negotiating all advertising contracts, to managing the advertising calendar, I am the single point of contact for all marketing efforts.With the recent launch of the new corporate website, I've seen Gottesman move from the third page in Google rankings to 3rd place. We've also completed 17 agent interview videos while building the framework for agent and property microsites.With a major push in our social media campaigns, Gottesman Residential Real Estate continues to prove itself as the finest in luxury real estate.

I design, manage, and distribute all marketing materials out of the San Rafael office; flyers, custom designed and coded e-blasts, listing proposals, invitations, post cards, direct mailers, and ads.I have increased e-blast click through rates by 67% by designing and customizing email marketing communications.
