Production of Green Olives , Extra Vergin Oliveoil Production of gourmet Fruits ( Flat peaches , apricots and plumps

We are a new company that produces premium extra virgin olive oil ,based in Orfani, Kavala , Greece. We have absolute control over the whole line of production( from the cultivation to packaging ), having our own olive groves (since 1978 ), olive oil mill (since 1996) and now the new packaging factory. So we are in position to guarantee our exceptional quality of olive oil .In our area we cultivate the green Halkidikis olives . We collect them early October , only by hand and we process them within the same day . The temperature we use in the olive mill is up to 27 degrees Celsius .This whole process give us a unique product which is medium to intense fruity, medium bitter and medium pungent higher than bitter.
