Anastasios Chatzisavvas academic studies encompass Civil engineer’s Diploma degree and Master degree in "Environmental Protection and Sustainable Development" both by the “Aristotle University of Thessaloniki”. He also possesses a second Master degree in "Engineering project and contract management" gained by the “Hellenic Open University”.His working experience consists in the construction of infrastructure projects and buildings as a site engineer and the supervision of renewable energy private projects especially in the sector of photovoltaic parks and small hydroelectric plants (planning, implementation and management). He has also great experience in the development of photovoltaic energy projects (implementation of the licensing procedure until RTB).Furthermore, he has a deep knowledge in the sector of real estate extending in a wide range such as the real estate valuations and business plan for plenty of clients (individuals, investors, banks, organizations). Landmark of his experience is his cooperation with the “National Bank of Greece”, ”Eurobank” and “Attica Bank” in the sector of real estate valuations since 2003. Preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for RES & real estate sector.Additionally, he has implemented valuations of residential complexes, industries, hotels and energy projects.Technical consultant on REO assets, valuations according to International Valuation Standards, consultancy on asset management.He has attended a lot of seminars and conventions in the field of Energy and Real Estate and he is certified from the official representative of project management software Oracle-Primavera in Greece in Project Management P6. In 2011 he participated in the working group for the submission of the energy study entitled “RES Perspectives in Greece-The photovoltaic systems market” assigned by the Greek Delegation of the European Commission.He is a member of the Greek Technical Chamber, the Greek Real Estate Valuators Association (S.EK.E.) and a certified Real Estate Valuer from the Greek Ministry of Finance (No 230) and Recognised European Valuer (REV)
