Starting my professional career with a startup made me find the meaning of creativity, innovation, hard work, teamwork, aiming high but at the same time knowing the limits.At many points I had to face several obstacles and get through them, which gave me the ability of problem solving but also made me have great respect on each individual’s opinion or idea. Loving what you do, mixing ideas, hard working and setting ambitious but realistic targets is, in my opinion, the key to success.
