Act as the Client's representative on behalf of Elounda S.A. and oversee all topics relating to design, finance and contractual matters.Leading a multidisciplinary team, designers, consultants and contractors for the complete renovation with rearrangement of areas and uses of the 5-star "PORTO ELOUNDA GOLF & SPA RESORT".Oversee all aspects of the project to ensure delivery to the highest standards in the given timelines and budgets. The main construction of the Porto Elounda hotel began in 1989, followed by 13 subsequent additions to the original building, with all the negatives this entails (non-existent fire protection, arbitrary constructions, incorrect layout and wrong mixed uses, conflict of uses, diversion by standards and regulations, etc.).The total area of the land is 90,000 m2. The total number of keys in the main hotel is 152, with approximately 26,000 m2 of above ground surface area, plus private swimming pools; and two outdoor public pools located on the 3rd floor and flanking both sides of the restaurant.
