As a part of the Health Innovation Unit of EVERSANA (and capitalizing on the legacy of my work at Healthware Group prior to its acquisition), I have been driving a number of projects with top pharma clients:- initiated, scoped and secured 10+ innovation & thought leadership development projects for the clients in women's health area- ideated, organized and hosted a comprehensive session on women's health at Frontiers Health 2024- successfully designed and executed innovation strategies for pharma companies- developed the health startup due diligence product for a CVC client, completed the due diligence for 8 startups.- strong presence and network with the VCs, startups, hospitals, academia, accelerators and innovation hubs in the health vertical. I've been doing 10+ public speaking appearances a year and screening & evaluating 300+ health startups per year for several projects and conferences.

I have been running the program of the novel health startup accelerator VITA (part of EVERSANA). conceived in partnership with the Italian Innovation Fund, CDP, one of the biggest institutional investors in Europe, with the aim to help early-stage health entrepreneurs.- I have shaped the accelerator program. I have planned and organized 30+ sessions per year, combining the streams on healthcare market access & reimbursement, clinical trials, scientific evidence, GDPR an data privacy, data science, fundraising strategy and others to deliver the best value to the startups. I have also selected the program mentors, creating a pool of 60+ international mentors.- I have managed the accelerator's corporate and ecosystem partners (20+ partners), delivering innovation services to the pharma clients and providing value to other partners like hospitals, industry clusters, VCs and business angels.- Worked on the deal flow campaign and screening, attracting and evaluating 200+ startups per year.- I have supported the startups with shaping their message for business development and fundraising. - I have represented VITA Accelerator at 10+ industry events and conferences across Europe each year, which resulted into building a strong image and attracting new partners and collaborators to the program.
