Anastasiya graduated from the Open University with a 2:1 in Science and worked as a Legal and Compliance Assistant supporting solicitors in employment law and family. During 6 years her responsibilities included assisting solicitors mainly by liaising with clients, coordinating meetings, managing diaries, preparing court documents and correspondence and amending documentation. She was then trained as a Compliance Officer to ensure the firm’s Lexcel (the Law Society’s legal practice quality mark for practice management and client care) standards are maintained and exceeded wherever possible. Anastasiya co-ordinated Lexcel compliance inspections and worked with the Law Society’s inspectors. Her focus was on delivering the best possible client service. In addition to being responsible for managing client care, compliance and legal office management, Anastasiya worked alongside solicitors and lawyers in London, Tunbridge Wells and Guildford to keep all policies and procedures up to date within the firm. She worked closely with the firm’s Quality Standards Manager, the Risk and Compliance Manager and Money Laundering Reporting Officer.Anastasiya has a wealth of experience working and assisting customers with hidden disabilities and mental health. #legalpa
