I worked with a team of creatives on advertising projects and employer branding forclients in the retail, wholesale, logistics, education, and telecommunications sectors. The goal of my job was to ensure that teamwork ran smoothly as well as customer processes, resulting in long-term loyalty. In addition, I was responsible for budgeting and onboarding.

I worked with clients on developing communication strategies, establishing relationships with local and international media, and managing events. We were happy to work with Finnair, Bocuse D'or Estonia 2021, the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia, the Social Insurance Board of the Estonian Republic etc.

My work combined of audience development, communications, sales, event and team management. My responsibilities included creating a marketing strategy, developing partnerships with Estonian and international authorities, media companies and journalists in Estonia and worldwide. I also managed a diverse team of editors, freelance designers, web developers, sound and broadcasting specialistsas well as volunteers.

I was respinsible for international media coverage of the world's biggest contemporary music event ISCM World Music Days, which was held in Estonia in 2019. The ISCM World Music Days is an annual contemporary music festival organized by the International Society for Contemporary Music, originally created in 1923.

I was responsible for empowering people to become entrepreneurs in the creative industry, also organised events and coordinated communication.

In collaboration with colleagues, I launched a new Russian-language TV channel. We built an audience and a brand identity. I coordinated communication with local and international media, planned and implemented marketing tools. I also managed a small team working on producing promotional materials.
