Implementation of Shell Competency System into Training Special Project Program;Coordination of Training Special Project;Monitoring of training cycle;Identification if training criteria for achievement of sufficient level of professional skills;Coordination and monitoring of trainees development in accordance with system established;Management of teaching staff (instructors, mentors etc.), regular assessment of their activities through the implementation of Training Evaluation Process, guarantee of their commitment to SP Foundation program requirements;Development and issuing of project documentation, methods and strategies;Realization, monitoring, management and improvement of operational processes accordingly to Company Management System;Designing programs to help trainees to adjust to the industrial culture of work;Supervising the strict application of the Trainee Handbook (guidance of behavioral and academic requirements) by trainers and trainees;Contributing to the trainees' selection activity for new Training Special Projects;Cooperation with the departments for monitoring of trainees' deployment process after completion of the program;Regular reporting to Department Head, Local Authorities.
