Responsible for all youth program management and development.

As the Marketing Assistant at U of R, my role is to assist the Marketing Director in the development, coordination and implementation of marketing plans for all intercollegiate sports programs at the University of Richmond. I provide assistance in overall revenue generation, game day atmosphere, and branding through duties such as coordinating all on-court/on-field marketing activities for men and women's basketball and football games, writing game-day scripts and operating the Tri-Caster/Blaze video board for Women's Basketball games, and coordinating various on-campus marketing strategies. I am also responsible for community outreach programs regarding anything from booking half time and National Anthem performances to spreading the word about various U of R related events and activities.

As a Marketing Game Day Intern my roll is to assist with the implementation of marketing plans for the intercollegiate sports programs on game day at the University of Richmond.

My responsibilities as an Office Assistant included but were not limited to: providing administrative support to include the organization of files, invoices, and athlete paperwork and assisting with various ad hoc day-to-day office duties to include answer phone, copy, scan and filing.

The HR On Demand Program is a global partnership between Human Resources and Business Technology. At the time, the team was working to transform the old HR process and implement Workday, a cloud-based solution (replacing PeopleSoft). My role was to assist the testing team by running various testing reports multiple times a week for the team to discuss in their status meetings.

HR on Demand is a global partnership within Pfizer between Human Resources and Business Technology working to transform the current HR process. My role as a student worker for the HR On Demand Program was a support role. I assisted the project manager, the testing manager, and the communications manager with tasks such as creating bi-weekly status reports based off data sent from different members of the team, assisting with preparations for the end of quarter meeting, assisting with various BT Communications including drafting info-graphics and creating videos, and working on a gamefication project intended to educate and excite Pfizer colleagues about Workday and more.Outside of my HR on Demand duties, I also worked with a team of interns to plan and create a video documentation of our 2017 Summer Intern Program at Pfizer. Additionally, I worked with another group of interns to create a marketing campaign for the Trumenba vaccine, which was picked as 1 of 2 winners in a Shark Tank competition judged by Pfizer Colleagues.
