Assistant Director and Responsible for the development of EU Projects at CEEI Bahia de Cadiz (BIC Bay of Cadiz) based in Cadiz – Andalucia. In the southernmost region of Spain and Europe. Joined CEEI Bahía de Cadiz in February 1998.I am now Assistant Director and Responsible for the Training and EU Projects Departments. Coordination of institutional events and communication.Some of my responsibilities in the BIC are:•European Projects: Responsible for the identification, development and coordination of European projects, contacting partners and potential partners at international level. Identification of local beneficiaries and stakeholders, development of the actions, documents, budget control, etc…•Coordination of the Business Angels Network of Cadiz which we run since 2009.•Institutional Relationship: Coordination of institutional procedures, events, meetings, workshops, etc. •Responsible for communication of the activity developed by our organization through different means of communication: web, social networks, press releases, etc. and the relationship with the media. •Training and Education: Coordination of the activities carried out by this department together with a team of people, either working with tailor made programmes for SMES, through other programmes, for third organizations or as part of our training offer. We have also developed an important expertise in the promotion of entrepreneurship amongst secondary school students and professional Education students using some dynamic and creativity methodologies.• Regional and National Project development: Participation in the preparation and implementation of other regional and national projects.
