Additionally, I work on integrating Fiverr Enterprise into Fiverr’s broader strategy, aligning our offerings with the company’s overall objectives and fostering synergy between our enterprise solutions and Fiverr’s core services. This includes optimizing processes, enhancing product features, and ensuring exceptional client outcomes to drive long-term success and growth.

Stoke Talent is a platform designed to help companies manage and scale their freelance workforce efficiently. Stoke was acquired by Fiverr in November 2021.As VP of Product at Stoke Talent, and a core member of the founding team, I was responsible for steering the product through its entire lifecycle, from initial ideation to successful launch and beyond. I contributed significantly to developing the company’s vision, strategy, and execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs. Leading cross-functional teams, I coordinated efforts across engineering, design, and marketing to deliver on our product goals. My role included managing the agile development process, optimizing operational workflows, and driving innovation. I played a crucial role in scaling the product through its growth phases and guiding it to a successful acquisition by Fiverr, all while focusing on delivering exceptional value to our users.

Kenshoo, now known as Skai, is a leading marketing technology company that provides data-driven solutions for search, social, and e-commerce marketing. As Director of Product, I led the cross-products group, overseeing initiatives that connected Kenshoo’s major products to deliver innovative solutions for premium clients. I also championed the Product Operations of the company, responsible for defining and optimizing the product department's work processes, tools, education, recruitment processes, and more. Additionally, I managed the Design team, Product Content & Enablement, and Product Analysts. These teams worked collaboratively across the organization to service the entire Product group, ensuring that our strategies were executed effectively and that our products met the highest standards of quality and user experience.

In my role as Senior Product Manager, I led the complete product lifecycle for one of Kenshoo’s main products, from strategic planning and market analysis to launch and iteration. I drove cross-functional collaboration among R&D, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product alignment with market needs and business goals. By leveraging deep market insights and customer feedback, I developed and prioritized product roadmaps, managed development processes, and optimized performance post-launch, ensuring our solutions consistently exceeded client expectations and delivered substantial business value.

As a Product Manager at Kenshoo, I translated high-level strategies into actionable product plans, overseeing cross-team priorities and crafting detailed specifications with product definitions and UX requirements. I managed all stages of agile development, coordinating with development, design, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with user needs. Additionally, as the SMB vertical expert, I led internal training sessions that significantly enhanced team knowledge and performance, contributing to more effective product solutions.

SAP Business One is an ERP solution for small to mid-sized businesses, offering integrated management of core functions like finance, sales, and inventory.As a Product Manager at SAP, I was responsible for the design and development of key modules within the SAP Business One application, with a focus on Financial, Inventory Management, and Reporting areas. I worked closely with international SCRUM teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
