As part of my work in Gornitzky and Co. I dealt with a variety of legal areas, including Commercial Law, Litigation, Civil Law, Tax Law, Real Estate and others. In these contexts I accompanied private and public companies (both in current issues such as creating compliance programs and routine transactions and significant events in the course of their lives, such as restructuring and reorganization), I dealt with the establishment and management of legal entities (including private investment funds abroad), I took part in transactions (including the largest A&M in Israel), and more.As part of my job I was required to high standard of writing and expression abilities, both in Hebrew and in English, customer management and service orientation, teamwork, including the operation and management of interns and young lawyers, compliance with tight schedules and long work hours, and more.
