Manage 2nd level planning – Masterplan – ensuring its alignment with Operation Planning;Lead Prduction Masterplan weekly cycle and meeting with relevant stakeholders;Manages and supplies guidelines for 3rd level planning – scheduling;Calculate Load Vs Capacity for the manufacturing lines;Manages Production Orders Release and planning;Ensures MRP is updated on the ERP;Actively follows the manufacturing execution on the plant;Together with manufacturing stakeholders, takes remedial actions when deviations occurs;Lead Production WarRoom meetings to induce production flow and engages stakeholders on problem solving actions to resume production;Active participation in weekly resource allocation meetings / project management meetings;Participate in the monthly S&OP elaboration;Make sure ERP is updated in what concerns with production parameters and configurations;Utilize best practices & techniques to maximize production flow and minimize work in process, such as Drum Buffer Rope, Conwip and Kanban systems;Active participation in planning system improvement projects.
