● Onboarding:- Developing the welcome and integration plan for all newcomers;- Conducting day-to-day monitoring of the employee life cycle ● Talent Development:- Planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring the annual Training Plan- Budget management;- Participation in internal/external audits;- Analysis of training management indicators; ● Recruitment & Selection:- Collaborate on talent management and talent acquisition projects associated with attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse global workforce;- Identify and implement improvements to the recruitment process. ● People & Culture:- Promotion and development of Engagement initiatives and internal activations to build employee loyalty and retention- Managing initiatives with partner organizations

- Recruitment & Selection in the IT area- Implement recruitment best practices, ensuring the company attracts the best-qualified candidates and keeps in line with industry trends.- Actively recruit qualified professionals through many different sources (LinkedIn, referrals, networking, sourcing and more)- Development of talent acquisition strategies;- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates.- Onboarding: Welcome and integration.
