Responsibilities:- Responsible of Corporate's office in Mexico City- Representative before the Sustainable Group in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and responsible for the follow-up and execution of agreements- Representative before Consumer Goods Forum, Corporate Wellness Council Mexico, Ecología y Compromiso Ambiental (ECOCE), Alianza por una Vida Saludable de ConMéxico, Movimiento por una Vida Saludable (MOVISA), Consejo Consultivo del Agua, and Comité de Enlace Legislativo de CANACINTRA- Responsible of the public issues section for sending information to the Carbon Disclosure Project (“Climate Change” and “Water” Modules). CDP is a global information sharing system that allows companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impact and allows investors to access environmental information that allows them to make financial decisions. - Permanent representative of AC before the Embassies of Ecuador, Peru and Argentina in Mexico. Main achievements:- Diagnosis, creation and delivery of documents needed to enter AC to the FTSE4Good Emerging Index, of the London Stock Exchange, which gathers the companies with better ESG practices in more than 20 emerging countries. AC got a score 20% higher than the minimum score to enter the Index. January 2017.- Plan and execute the review of the first edition of the AC Code of Ethics. November 2015. - Part of the inter-company team that designed, under the coordination of Queremos Mexicanos Activos, A.C., the Active and Healthy Company Challenge with the objective that during 12 months, employees measure themselves 3 times to evaluate their progress in weight, BMI, blood pressure, biochemical tests, etc. I managed the training for Human Capital managers of operational areas in Mexico. We got a gold award by QUEMA for the high level of participation- First award for AC as a Healthily Responsible Company by the Corporate Wellness Council Mexico (2015). Next year we got the same recognition.

Responsibilities:- Plan and execute investigation strategies for Absolute Monopolistic Practices (AMP). AMPs also known as collusion agreements or economic cartels, are agreements between competitor economic agents, in other words, they take part on the same market with the objective of manipulating prices or amounts, dividing market segments or coordinating postures in biddings. - Carry out notifications of agreements in states other than Mexico City as well as planning and taking part in appearances of economic agents related to the investigations. Main achievements:- Conclusion, in the form of a notice of probable cause, of the investigation for AMP in the production, trade and distribution market for ballasts at a national level (2011).- Exposure before the competent authorities of several Latin-American countries, of the constitutional amendment of 2011 that typified absolute monopolistic practices as an economic crime against the nation.

Responsibilities:- Planning and execution of legal and fiscal strategies for vertical condominium regimes in the municipality of San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León.- Support and supervision of inspection diligences.Main achievements:- Mediation between heirs for the correct subdivision of the inherited land, followed by the land registry management before the municipal authorities for the registration of the new land, creation of trusts for four different regimes of mixed-use vertical condominiums. The aforementioned in a 12-month period, when usually it takes 36+ months. - Savings for the clients within the legal frame of between 15 and 30% in taxes related to the acquisition of real estate.

Responsibilities:- Preparation and teaching in English of the course “Introduction to the American Legal System” Main achievements:- Negotiation of professional practices for students with the best grades in the Electoral State Court of Nuevo Leon. Summer 2009, electoral year. - Receive the best evaluation by Law students in the 2008 August-December semester.

Responsibilities:- Offer legal advice and services to the wide client portfolio of the firm in subjects such as civil, family, administrative law suits and appeals.- Review to correct and file more than 350 credit line opening agreements between GMAC Financial Services Mexico and several debtors such as GM franchisees, Pontiac, Chrysler, Fiat, and Mitsubishi.- Support human resources departments of IT companies that offer outsourcing services (nearshore and offshore) in getting work permits in Mexico and other countries. In one year, I was able to get 70 FM3 and 150 business visas for Indian companies, which I represented during 4 inspection visits by the Immigration Service in Mexico - Supervision and mentorship of 2 lawyers and 2 interns. Main achievements:- Capitalize on a salary agreement with low return by making the work visa process more efficient and reducing times. Savings for the firm in monthly service hours was equal to $100,000 pesos. - Expand the agreement and fees to include other services such as administration processes to create companies in countries such as Argentina, Brazil and Chile. - Coming back, after 18 months, as an associate of the firm.

Responsibilities:- Updating of the Répertoire des Instruments Internationaux de Sécurite Sociale data base, BIT, Genève, 2000; - Review of the publication Termination of Employment Legislation Digest (Mexico), or causes for terminating the work relationship. 2006.- Research on bilateral agreements of social security and their impact in immigrant and expatriate workers.

Responsibilities:- Attend ordinary and extraordinary meetings of the Organ to Solve Differences, take notes and send them to the central offices in Mexico City.- Before hearings, prepare briefs with legal background and international precedent related to the case. - Take part in groups and work tables post Doha round, related to the Mechanisms to Solve Differences of WTO. Main achievements:- Being the first graduate of Law School of the Monterrey Campus of ITESM admitted to the intern program.- Actively take part in the different stages of the mechanism to solve differences of WTO: consultation, special panel, appeals and arbitration.
