Activities of compliance assessment in supplier diligence;Conducting corporate investigations of reports received through the Ethics Channel and other sources within the Group, in conjunction with relevant business areas;Participating in assessments of Conflicts of Interest cases (receipt, analysis, action plan, and evidence of resolution);Assisting employees and third parties in Compliance processes (consultative role);Monitoring, executing, and reviewing Group CVC Corp's Policies and Procedures;

Performs compliance assessment in due diligence of suppliers;Acts in corporate investigations of reports received by the various sources of the Group together with the necessary business areas;Acts in the evaluation of Conflict of Interest cases (receipt, analysis, action plan and evidence of the dealings);Assistance to employees and third parties in Compliance processes;Updating, tropicalization and review of the Group's internal policies and procedures;Training of employees and third parties on the Compliance Program of the IHS Group and all other Compliance actions;Preparation and presentation of material and indicators for Senior Management, Committees, Councils and internal reports;

Executes corporate investigations (planning, dealings, execution of reports, elaboration of action plans of the reports received through the whistleblower channel);It works, together with external consultants, in complex investigations reported through the whistleblower channel; Compliance consultancy to the Company's various internal customers;Assistance to employees and third parties in Compliance and LGPD processes (general questions, use of the whistleblower channel, Conflict of Interest analysis and treatment/sharing of personal data);Updating, creating and reviewing the Company's internal policies and procedures;Training of employees and third parties on the Compliance Program, Whistleblower Channel and Policies related to Compliance and LGPD;It works, together with the multidisciplinary work group, in the adequacy of activities and in the implementation of resources, processes and procedures of the Cia. to the General Law for the Protection of Personal Data - LGPD.Review of integrity clauses in contracts, agreements and partnerships;Preparation and presentation of material and indicators for senior management, committees, councils and internal reports;Knowledge of national and international compliance norms and standards (Law 12.846/13, SOX, FCPA, UKBA, CGU Integrity Program, Pro-Ethics, General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD and others).

Responsible for the execution of the Evaluation of the Compliance Program and its reports, presentations and plans of action and points of improvement in the Policies and Procedures of UHG Brasil;Planning, processing, reporting and elaboration of fraud action plans reported through the complaints channel;Assistance to internal clients in meeting compliance demands;Update and creation of internal procedures of Compliance activities;Training for internal customers on Compliance procedures.

Execution and coordination of audit procedures of financial statements (accounting reconciliations, analytical review, detail procedures, analysis and evolution of accounting accounts, financial reports, equity reports, cash flow, performance indicators, application of tests);Detailed analysis of the balance sheet and result, executing and / or coordinating tests related to these areas, as well as review and detailed analyzes of the variations;Management of team work and alignment of results with the client;Consolidation of balance sheet;Risk assessment, mapping, testing and internal controls related to financial statements;Time management and task organization, monitoring progress and meeting deadlines;Reports out of the country under IFRS.
