Specialized in private and corporate law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais, with additional expertise in advocacy and public policy from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. She has solid experience in governance, compliance, and government relations. She has worked in the private sector at companies such as MRV S.A., Tereos S.A., and Vale S.A. She was an active member of the Ethics Committee at MRV S.A. and served as the 2nd Alternate President of the OAB/MG Corporate Advocacy Commission.In the nonprofit sector, she has contributed to organizations such as Movimento Bem Maior and Transparency International. Over the past four years, she has led education and economic development projects for girls and women in situations of social vulnerability in Brazil.She has participated in working groups of the UN Global Compact Brazil Network, Alliance for Integrity, and Ethos Institute. She was part of the Brazilian delegation at the Women’s Forum for the Economy and Society in Paris (2022) and the International Mission Committee of the National Council of Internal Control and World Bank in Madrid (2024). She is currently a consultant for the World Bank.
