When Google developed Russian morphology, it improved it search quality in Russia significally, which allow Google to attack Yandex position as the leader of search market in russia. I was in charge of the team rebuffing google attack on Russian market. But I can't say it is was my sole achievement to rebuff google attack. Most of the work was done by people I hired and lead.

I scaled service a lot, improved stability and improved speed of updates from one update per day to one update per 40 minutes. Hired service team almost from scratch.Created first version of music.yandex.ru service(was closed and reopened in several years).Also I have opened Spb office of Yandex and were managing it from Moscow for first months.
