Responsibilities: - Improving B2B cooperation with the partners.- Building a strategy of digital payments services in North-West branch of Sberbank.- Leading strategic projects of payments services evolution- Launching a new digital product in the market ("Autopayment"​) in the North-West region- Optimization of business process in the area of digital banking and payment services in the North-West branch of Sberbank (including DMAIC and LEAN 6 sigma methods).- UX research and product designAchievements:- I created the strategy of development of digital services for the branches in the North-West region.- I launched the new digital product "Autopayment" in the North-West region.- I won the competition "WOW-project" with my project of the optimization of company's processesas the project with significant economic impact.- I created and implemented the B2B partner contract management system, which was replicated for all branches in the North-West region.- I developed the interface system for ATMs and online banking for the section of payments.
