Envisioning unique experiences and concepts for each project, finding the right suppliers to execute it while maintaining a budget plan (that I build from scratch). Being on top of all project aspects full time: Creative & strategic planning, Scheduling, finances, operations, staff, suppliers and so on. Within my work, I've gotten to plan and execute customized events for 500-8000 people.

In charge of employee's wellbeing and lifecycle - recruiting and onboarding processes (Refreshing those as necessary), customizing gifts, organizing all company events such as toasts, birthdays, happy hours, etc. Administration and scheduling, also acted as the executive assistant of the company's CEO for a year.
