For me, the most important thing is that I work every day to make the life of those who work with me stress-free and happier. I'm energetic, empathic, and results-driven, and I have hands-on experience in creating and developing people processes. My 12-year background in retail managing client accounts and supermarket teams, planning and developing customized training for a specific job, among others, made me realize that every person you work with is unique. That uniqueness is super interesting to recognize and value in the interactions you have with them. That's how you build and maintain a relationship, in my experience. If you are actually committed to finding out the needs of the person before you, just listen and acknowledge their difficulties, you can resolve their issues as quickly as possible, or make a real effort to do so. If you are someone who cares about others, they will feel your commitment and realize you are interested.
