Business analyst tasks:- Develop the overall design and functional architecture of the project.- Modeling / Definition of inter-application flow exchanges (reference data & operational data)Project Manager tasks:- Organize and report workshops.- Ensure compliance of project milestones.- Project planning, risks and alerts management (monitoring on a weekly basis).- Action plan development to address risks and alerts.- Preparation of weekly meetings/committees in order to do a follow up with the MFT.- Consolidate costs and implementation schedules estimated by the stakeholders.- Overall study preparation for the decision making committee.- Project Handover to devlopment/realisation phase.
