Continuous learning has propelled me throughout my career. Starting my professional journey in Brazil, I recognized the value of learning English, in addition to Spanish and Portuguese. My drive for success and passion for building relationships guided my work for AMO, allowing me to successfully develop and launch their Brazil location and serve as a liaison between the customer, sales, and executive teams. Being aware of different culture styles— including working cross-functionally with the U.S. during my time in Brazil—allowed me to seamlessly transition to workplaces in the U.S., enabling me to continue building and maintaining relationships and ultimately guiding the organization toward success. At Daubert Cromwell, I was responsible for the integration of our acquisition into a global culture and ensured a seamless transition for our major customers. The experience taught me that blending different cultures is based on having strategic agility, the ability to anticipate future consequences and trends, and being future oriented in dealing with global customers.Throughout my experience, I've strived to recognize the company's big picture and leveraged my expertise in strategic planning, leadership, budgeting, and relationship management to arrive at those outcomes. As the Project Manager at Strategic Selling Solution, I created a strategy that enabled the business and sales model to completely transition from in-person to virtual while considering the overall budget and objectives of the company. Through managing relationships, monitoring the progress, and ensuring all operations were in place, Strategic Selling Solution was able to pivot and grow successfully. Learning and adapting to new settings is an instrumental driver of my career journey and my life. Outside of helping businesses progress and reach their goals, I enjoy spending my time diving, traveling and exploring other countries, and learning about Artificial Intelligence.
