Reporting to Luxury Division VP Finance and General Manager for Granollers Plant.Co-pilot function for Granollers Plan General Manager and guardian of financial data integrity. Member of Granollers site leadership team. Contributes to build and implement sustainable and efficient Financial processes and policies, helps and drives business decisions.Main responsibilities: elaborate site strategic plan and annual and quarterly budget reviews. Help and drive business decisions and focus on cost reduction and saving opportunities. Monthly variance reporting & variance analysis. Site capital management. Product cost. Audit management and year end activities. Support strategic plans for plant growth. Strong collaboration & participation in the master plan of the facility, increasing business knowledge and a broader perspective.

Elaborate the Strategic and Annual Budget following policies and objectives established. Area of responsability: Reporting. Deviation analysis between game plan and actual results. Different areas of responsibility: Direct Labor, Wastages, Purchase Price Variances, Inventory, Obsolets, Reporting. Reporting requirements on time and without mistakes.Project savings tracking participating actively in "make or buy" decisions.Establishment of internal procedures ensuring corporate policies accomplishment and accountancy Spanish legislation.Give economical and financial support in factory projects.Provide information and assistance to Auditors, Commercial and other divisions.Coordinate Operations Capital Investments and Cash flow process.Participate in NPD procedure from a costing poínt of view through the calculatíon of estimated and final InterCompany prices.Health & Safety responsibilities according with Coty's Prevention Plan for this level of position.

Participate in annual strategic budget, financial analysis and control of any possible deviation (decision making support). Forecast improvements and monthly corrections. Operational support and reporting to the European Headquarters and to other company units. Assistance, management and coordination of any actions and plans for corporate accounts and invoicing proceedings. Collaboration in the internal auditory and stock counting procedures.
