    I began as a Product Developer for "Intensivo de ECG", an educational course to teach Brazilian doctors and medical students how to master EKG interpretation. Over time, I grew into the role of COO. Working with my co-founder, we expanded from 300 students in Brazil to 12,000 students across 40 countries in three years as we developed additional educational products for the medical community, such as the Meta-Analysis Academy.At the beginning, my co-founder and I performed all functions, requiring me to develop skills in graphic design, video editing, copywriting, ads management, sales, social media, and customer support.Due to our rapid success, we had to quickly develop all departments of a "real company" from scratch, despite my being a medical student with no formal business training. I led and coordinated the creation of customer success, finance, marketing, and sales departments, one by one.My primary role, despite the title of COO, was to lead marketing strategies for over 15 product launches, generating six and seven-figure revenues. Starting with self-funding, we reached 10 million reais in three years with a profit margin over 35%, by developing end-to-end strategies from product conception to high-performance copywriting.Our quick success was largely due to placing the consumer at the center of our strategies, building immense trust, and transforming support into a key strategy for customer conversion, lowering CAC, increasing LTV, and building an engaged community with loyal customers/organic brand advocates.Constant changes in digital market platforms required me to make significant strategic shifts quickly. Despite my initial inexperience, this project allowed me to translate continuous learning into real-world practice, emphasizing the importance of business methodologies, process development, culture creation, and performance metrics.
