As part of the research organization reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer and in furtherance of the Astellas organizational health goals, I am, in concert with multiple other functions, responsible for ensuring the success of both the existing and newly acquired Research Affiliates.

In this position, I am responsible for providing practical, timely, strategic, and high-quality legal advice across a breadth of complex legal matters in regard to the Company’s Innovation Activities, supporting primarily AIRM, the President of AIRM and other senior leaders in the Research Affiliates, as well as a broad spectrum of clients throughout the organization. Such matters include, but are not limited to, transactions, compliance, intellectual property, and regulatory.

At Ovid, I am responsible for responsible for all legal affairs , including corporate governance, all commercial contracts, clinical trial agreements, capital raising transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, litigation, real estate transactions, compliance programs and human resources. I also support clinical QA and head up the IT function.
