I am a project manager at Accenture with over eight years of experience in delivering human centered technical solutions that enhance learning, leadership, and workforce optimization. I have a master's degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University, and a certification in strategic data storytelling from the University of Chicago Professional Education.In my current role, I am a project manager for the responsible assessment team, ensuring the reliability, validity, and legal/data privacy compliance of the assessments we use to enable our leaders on their journey. I have also managed software implementation of global companies and leverage data storytelling skills to communicate the impact of change. I am passionate about building an inclusive and diverse environment, and I represent Accenture at technology conferences and guest panels.
