Responsible for coordinating Women in STEM Day, an annual event for over 100 middle and high school girls where they tour labs, listen to speakers and do engineering activities. Ran weekly one-hour WiSD Committee meetings, met with advisors to plan out WiSD, emailed professors for lab demonstrations, emailed potential panelists, reserved rooms for WiSD, worked with the engineering dean's office to find a keynote speaker, made a schedule for preparing for WiSD, and a schedule for WiSD itself. -
