As a Project Engineer, I am supporting Linux - OpenStack based NFV Infrastructure (NFVI) for number one telecom of U.A.E.Resolving customer issues Linux (Ubuntu / CentOS) | OpenStack | NFVI Support (L1 & L2) via ticketing system as a member of specialized Technical Helpdesk Support ( Onsite / Offsite )• Cloud Services administration including (Nova, Keystone, Swift, Horizon, Heat, Glance) along with service orchestration tools like juju. Bare Metal Provisioning using MAAS.• Virtualization & Networking Support (L2, L3, SDN & NFV, SR-IOV, KVM)• Data Center Physical Infrastructure Deployment & Switch Configurations. •Working with Vendor for providing 24/7 back to back support to telecom client.• OpenStack / Arista Support (L2 / L3)• Understanding customer needs and helping on driving solutions based upon new/existing architecture and designs including network Overlay and Underlay.• Being instrumental to sales team for technical presales activity involving working on RFP's, POC deployment and drafting SOW.• Promoting the use of Opensource Technologies like Containers, Docker and network OpenContrail, OpenDaylight, etc when working on PoC’s. • Deploying VMware based Solutions on Servers for Virtualization and Configuring NAS/SAN based upon requirement, including use of technologies like Vmotion, NSX, VSAN, etc.• Deployed, Managed and Supported Unified Collaboration based environments.

• Deploying client infrastructure in terms of VoIP Solutions, based on SIP and H.323Umbrella Protocols.• Managing IT Section and IT related Products ranging from basic networking devices to Voice, Video solutions.• Coordinating with the partner and working towards implementation.• Managed inventory associated with the sales process.
