*Business and Brand Development for the U.S Market - • Development of a strategic plan from the concept to the distribution for a product line initially for the U.S Market containing footwear for different areas of application;• Understanding of customer needs and developing specific changes in order to meet the customer expectations, especially on Private Label Projects;• Establishing orders for the suppliers and monitoring/inspecting the production to check if products are following the needs and standard of the industry;• Communication with stakeholders effectively and regularly regarding the products, development in process and the roadmap;• Tracking KPI’s, product performance and opportunities for improvements from analytics and data;• Specify/draw user requirements for all the new features needed;• Participation on trade shows all over the U.S in different industries as Food Service, Food Processing, Construction, Safety and Retail;• Knowledge of footwear suppliers, especially in Brazil;• Creation of marketing materials to support the sales team and customers;• Knowledge of documentation and operations regarding shipments (import/export);• Follow up with customers to discuss about the orders received, products introduction, marketing materials or different needs.

* Strategies for brand expansion of Sticky Shoes in the U.S Market - • Participation on trade shows in Brazil and in the U.S representing Sticky Shoes Brand for the Food Service, Hospitality and Health Care segments;• Customer prospecting.

* Product Development for Sports Brands - • Meeting customers (Brazil and U.S Team) to understand their needs and discuss about the product collection;• Receiving, analyzing and developing strategies for new products after receiving the briefing from the customer;• Development and purchase of materials;• Preparation of documents for production and laboratory tests;• Control and inspection of the samples production;• Participation on the footwear development for high quality brands;

*Scolarship to work on the biomechanical laboratory of IBTeC testing the shoes comfort - • Selection and evaluation of models to test the comfort of different kinds of shoes and brands;• Controlling, checking and analyzing results for every biomechanical test applied in the laboratory;• Report for the customer showing the test results and recommending changes to make the fit of the shoe even better.
