- Coordination of the participatory approach to determine the group strategy project from 2016 to 2020: organization and animation of workshops with all the stakeholders of the company (employees, delegates, top management, clients...).- Organization of the "Assises Maci'Futur"​ : 2 days in Niort aimed at announcing the future strategy to 300 key-people of the group.- Head of project of the "social commitment" part of the strategy.
