With 14+ years of experience in the power generation industry, I am a Site Engineer with expertise in thermal power plant operations, control systems, commissioning, and optimization. I have worked with various types of power plants, such as coal fired, oil and gas, gas turbine, steam turbine, and boilers, in Sudan and Cambodia.Most recently, I was a Operation Engineer at Leader Energy, where I oversaw the operation of a 60×2MW and 150MW coal fired power plant, ensuring safety, efficiency, and reliability. I contributed to the successful start-up, testing, and optimization of several power plant projects, both in Sudan and Cambodia. I hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and a GRI Certification in Sustainability. My mission is to deliver high-quality power to the customers and stakeholders, while minimizing the environmental impact and maximizing the plant performance.
