• Assists in the development, improvement, and update of all relevant information lifecycle plan for all assigned facilities & sites.• Analyzing all relevant aspects of facility maintenance for those facilities and ensuring effective management of the Assets in alignment with Riyadh priorities for safety, service reliability, and physical responsibilities.• Conducts on-site inspections and building condition assessments (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, civil and environmental) and observes building systems, components, equipment and conditions, • Identifies the need for facility replacement, repair, optimization and requirements of Safety / Building code and policy.• Performs pre-construction, maintenance project reviews and document review• Ensures that the appropriate Maintenance and Reliability metrics are in place throughout the site.• Assists in management of contracts by monitoring and assessing contractor performance, compliance and collaborating with all applicable Riyadh offices to ensure design deliverables are in accordance with approved requirements.• Prepares reports, special correspondence, and studies by gathering, analyzing data, documenting findings, offering recommendations and presenting them in writing or orally, for either technical or non-technical audiences.• Aides in ensuring infrastructure and equipment systems stay in a state of good repair by providing technical expertise, troubleshooting and improved equipment maintenance/reliability strategies to optimize safe, compliant, and efficient operations of all facility and utility equipment and instrumentation. • Assists the Project Manager with the development of procedures and processes by reviewing and analyzing local and state regulations, codes and standards.• Manages contractors and other applicable staff
