Manage a 5-person marketing department that supports 3 regional offices and 2 subsidiary companies. Responsible for strategic pursuit, assembly, review, and publication of over $1 billion worth of proposals annually. Initiated improved RFP and lead generation process through integration of Salesforce and Pardot.Create, manage, and track a $2 million annual marketing and business development budget for entire enterprise. Liaison between executive management committee and marketing department.Chief brand ambassador and enforcer of graphic standards.Oversee and direct all public relations campaigns, advertorials, and social media platforms.Drive cultural initiative programs including the $50k Corporate Wellness program and Ambassador Program. Plan and manage all internal and external events.

Co-lead a seven member design team as a part of a national advertising campaign for Coca-Cola sponsored by The American Advertising Federation. Produced a 32-page plansbook featuring our campaign also designed all traditional and non-traditional media. Advanced to the National Competition and placed 14th out of 160 teams.

One of seven individuals hand selected to be involved in a group think tank representing the student body. Redesigned campus signage to increase the understanding of the bicycle laws. Also replanned the “Getting Connected” orientation for incoming Chico State students.

Designed and produced the Fall 2006 and Spring 2007 issues of Watershed Literary Magazine.

Collaborated on all in-house designs for the station. Provided aprogram guide with dj schedule, handbills promotions for upcoming events, and a weekly poster. Also co-hosted a weekly three hour radio show and assisted in planning promotional events.
