I have been specializing in DB2 UDB in High Availability solutions with extensive customer relations experience and deep problem analysis and resolution skills2007 - present, Database Administrator, OANDA Corp.1999 - 2007, Staff Software Developer, IBM Toronto LabI worked in the DB2 System Verification Test Department at the IBM Toronto Lab, first on the Stress Test Team, and then as a founding member of the High Availability Test Team. My primary duties consisted of discovering and analyzing defects, and in cooperation with the development teams bringing these defects to resolution and integration. My duties included devising and implementing test strategies for DB2 UDB, especially with respect to High Availability Cluster Managing software, including HACMP. TSA, HADR, Steeleye Lifekeeper on AIX and Linux (Redhat RHEL 4 and Suse SLES 9) platformsAs part of the testing procedure, I would create, populate and administer test databases in a variety of clustered and non-clustered configurations.
