Key Responsibilities:•Client Profitability Reporting and Analysis – Revenue and Profitability details for clients as per functions, industries, sectors, partners; Track trends across Profit, Expense, Receivables; Track significant changes to staffing mix, Identify large fee engagements with potential financial exposure.•Partner Deployments - Design and develop analysis on partner time investment, profitability and market offering penetration, Provide analysis and insight to leadership stakeholder groups.Key Projects:• USI Rotation Program: Selected in a group of 7 professionals to travel to the Deloitte US offices to gain first-hand experience working with our clients and team, for a month. During this time period, supported an analysis on Cost of Capital for Deloitte US member firm.• • Global Rate Analysis: Streamline and develop a reporting structure for Member Firms, on rate cards, utilization and overhead cost analysis. This was a niche project carried out in view of Operations 2020 for Deloitte US.• SWIFT Testing: SAP systems upgrade currently being carried out in the firm, requires intensive and extensive testing, validation and data cleansing. Worked on firm vendors data to get it ready for various mock cutovers and actual implementation.• Gap Analysis: Gap between Plan and Pipeline for businesses with information on forecast and areas of improvement for partner considerations. The analysis can be run by office groups, client or partner.• Team Management: Counsellor and managing responsibilities, growth, staffing, development and grooming of new joiners and younger members of the team.Others:Group Finance - Monthly Management reporting; Revenue Reporting – Staffed and Managed, Expense Reporting – Employee and Firm, Adjustments, Industry and Sector trends, Headcount reconciliations, Utilization Reporting, Time Sheet and Missing Time reports.

Training program on Oracle E-Bussiness Suite R12 for the General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets modules.

•Team Lead in the Information center of UBS, which is a premier global financial services firm offering wealth management, investment banking, asset management and business banking services to clients •Day to day work include handling the team and meeting clients requirement by providing Profiles for Pitch Books, News run/tracking, Ownership/Inside Holdings information, precedent filings, IBES estimates, Credit Ratings and Reports, Management Bios, Product overviews, Public Information Books (PIBs), M&A Data, SDC Runs and Analyst Research reports.•Also handled recruiting and hiring process for the Team to maintain staffing levels and move the team to a higher level of support and quality of work delivered.•Daily Workflow Management and leading the team and shifts - Acknowledging, Allocation and delivery management of requests on real time basis
