During this time period, supported an analysis on Cost of Capital for Deloitte US member firm.• • Global Rate Analysis: Streamline and develop a reporting structure for Member Firms, on rate cards, utilization and overhead cost analysis. This was a niche project carried out in view of Operations 2020 for Deloitte US.• SWIFT Testing: SAP systems upgrade currently being carried out in the firm, requires intensive and extensive testing, validation and data cleansing. Worked on firm vendors data to get it ready for various mock cutovers and actual implementation.• Gap Analysis: Gap between Plan and Pipeline for businesses with information on forecast and areas of improvement for partner considerations. The analysis can be run by office groups, client or partner.• Team Management: Counsellor and managing responsibilities, growth, staffing, development and grooming of new joiners and younger members of the team.Others:Group Finance - Monthly Management reporting; Revenue Reporting – Staffed and Managed, Expense Reporting – Employee and Firm, Adjustments, Industry and Sector trends, Headcount reconciliations, Utilization Reporting, Time Sheet and Missing Time reports.
