As a Data Analyst, I am responsible for managing and coordinating all forecasting activities that support the customer service and inventory objectives at Indowud NFC PVT LTD. My role involves assisting in all data handling and including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, and developing forecast models. I am highly analytical, professional, and possess excellent communication skills, make a sales dashboard and create a perfect a result and with an in-depth knowledge of advanced Research and data modeling.Primary Duties:֍Data handling: Handing database and Extract Transfer and load (ETL) for the previous and upcoming clients data base, quantitative analysis of historic data, considering seasonality, promotions, and special pricing. Leverage AI/ML statistical solutions combined with consensus demand planning solutions. Ensure data hygiene by capturing customer inputs and remarks in relevant fields.֍Collaboration: Work closely with sourcing, sales, and service teams to sustain and improve the contact with the company, process and tools. Review and adjust statistical and customer forecasts as needed for consensus planning.֍Process Management: Publish a 3-month calendar in advance and ensure timely completion of each cycle. Coordinate formal master data sign-offs with stakeholders. Anchor the demand planning cycle, own SOPs, and control documents. Align the calendar of all required stakeholders and monitor process adherence.֍Coordination: Ensure timely inputs from customers, program managers, and sourcing teams in the demand planning solution. Share status and slippages in participation concerning pre-determined planning cycle dates.֍Training: Train new Program Managers and conduct retraining sessions for existing program managers as needed.Skills and Experience:֍Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Pivots, Power BI/Tableau, Smartsheet: Expertise in using these tools for data analysis and visualization.֍Data Mining: Utilizing tools like QAD to generate queries and build reports.֍Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Procurement: Experience in these fields with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate trends and recommendations effectively.Strategic Thinking and Fast Learning: Ability to work with new tools and provide recommendations to the business.Contact Mobile 6383272871E-Mail: Anbuaj04@gmail.com
