Responsibilities:1. Managing a team formed by 3 persons: graphic responsible, on-line marketing specialist, PR specialist.2. Establishing the marketing policy, the communication directions and annual marketing plan.3. Setting the specific objectives for each member of marketing team, verifying the level that they have been achieved 4. Creating the marketing strategy, identifying the most effective channels of communication and advertising.5. Setting the stage of life cycle for each product of our portfolio, launching new products on the market and establishing an adequate policy for the products situated in different stages of evolution on the market.6. Organizing internal events (trainings, product presentations) and external events (product presentations for actual and potential clients, PR activities).7. Direct marketing activities for company’s clients and identifying potential data bases that could also be used for these activities.8. Exhibitor, partner or visitor during advertising exhibitions in Romania and abroad.9. Setting on-line campaigns and CEO activities for company’s websites.10. Making strategic analyzes for the company each trimester by correlating the information from each department and setting the objectives for the next periods.11. Coordinating the implementation of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application for sales and marketing departments.

Responsibilities:1. Creating the annual marketing plan and coordinating the marketing department activities2. Establishing and administrating the marketing budget for each auto brand represented on local market by the company.3. Monitoring the competitors' actions and elaborate the most suitable marketing strategies for local markets.4. Organizing local events (caravans, product launch, press conferences, exhibitions, anniversary events, opening events for new sales and services centers). 5. Monitoring local advertising campaigns.6. Setting the most efficient activities and campaigns for promoting and advertising new products or face-lift models.7. Making periodical reports regarding all ATL and BTL activities. 8. PR activities and events10. Coordinating marketing research activities for measuring the consumer satisfaction and for identifying the actions that could increase customer satisfaction.11. Supervising direct marketing activities
