Identify the degree to which these can be met without customisation and where justified define the customisation required.- Managing projects according to Bank’s standard SDLC.- Providing technical expertise to ensure the optimal usage of the PeopleSoft Financials applications.- Reacting quickly to issues and problems by analysing them and proposing solutions.- Preparing and maintaining detailed documentation in line with IT’s standards, in collaboration with the users.- Providing specific advice and recommendations on technical solutions in the business areas covered by PeopleSoft Financials modules if requested, in order to foster optimal usage of IT applications and ensure that applications are conceived, built and managed in line with Client’s requirements and their IT standards and methodologies.- Managing relationships with key external parties (software vendors, providers of outsourced services, peer groups, etc.) in order to receive a better service and stay abreast of best practice in the functional areas covered by PeopleSoft Financials modules.
