• Develop knowledge of category growth drivers, shopper and consumer insights and key category trends across all channels.
• Major project involvement and assistance with strategic in store retailer trials e.g. Woolworths Town Hall Beauty Area (including agency briefings, artwork and layout planning).
• Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing and delivery of strategy presentations to external stakeholders.
• Analysis of market data from multiple sources to identify growth opportunities and improvements for the Skincare and Cosmetics Categories (Nielsen).
• Maintaining constant awareness of brand performance for both L’Oréal and competitors.

• Key responsibilities:
• Analysis of sales data relating to weekly sales and promotions for luxury brands (incl. Giorgio Armani, YSL and Designer Fragrances).
• Preparation of management reports and business plans to support marketing activities, forecasting and strategic initiatives.
• Distribution of weekly sales reports (Sell-in, sell-through), providing essential information for the General Manager & National Sales Manager on performing market share analysis & strategic business matters.
• Liaising with Client Stakeholders and Area Managers (providing updates on seasonal strategy templates & stock allocations.)
