I am charged with strengthening the professional expertise of Product Managers/Owners as well as Programme and Project Managers in the Ministry. I am building growing awareness of the Agile Mindset and creating communities of practice that will transform our way of work to emphasise a better flow of value to stakeholders while reinforcing a joyful work environment.

Twelve global directors provide strategic, financial, and performance oversight of the Institute's operations, each volunteering significant time and effort to ensuring that meaningful value is delivered across numerous stakeholder groups.

I served as the integration and harmonisation lead for the standard.

I served as the Component Mentor for Region 10 (Australia/New Zealand) for PMI

I served as one of the Chapter Leads for the upcoming PMBOK 5th Edition, leading newly added Project Stakeholders Management Chapter.

I served as a member of the PMI Community Development Governance Committee.

Member of the Strategic Alignment Planning and Reporting (SAPR) Committee

I served as part of the Enterprise PMO, and was responsible for the development and implementation of the Frameworks and Standards for projects (both traditional and hybrid agile), programmes and portfolios in the Agency.

Also working with Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, NZ.

Led the implementation of the New Zealand Emissions Trading Scheme (NZ ETS). This programme was part of a significant government initiative in the context of the wider New Zealand Climate Change Programme, supporting the Kyoto Protocol obligations under the United Nations Framework Convention for Climate Change as well as the New Zealand Climate Change Act.
