Part of the SWI team (Software Integration) I am responsible for applications deployment for Windows 7 using SCCM- Main responsibility was to automate the software installation for users using configuration Scripts (close comparation : creating custom Installation Wizard)s using VBS scripts .- Using VBS scripts to auto-fill required date for software installation to be successful with 0 input from the user, leading to automated installation - Basket Management 16 databases (corresponding to zones / sub-zones (EMEA / US / APAC / ...etc), main activity was to release / make available newer versions of software's based on legal and financial considerations . + Achievements on Basket Management : I Automated a task that would normally take a person 5h to do . As we had no license for a real automation software tool as it was not in our dally scope, i used the free AutoHotkey programing tool -Focused on Failure Analysis and root cause analysis to provide solutions where software elements would not work in the whole region , causing a MI (Major Incident).-Tasks in Active Directory :-Using NetPro (AD DS) to set applications availability to specific users -Change Management – Giving daily reports to the Change Management team, Implementation proof from a technical point of view-Mail dispatching and mail cleanup, handling team inbox and customer communications on a technical level where i was SPOI, ensuring customer satisfaction and delivery on time-DWP project SPOI (single point of contact for special ARUS software elements (Automatic Removal of Unused Software).
