Work very closely with other departments and act as an information resource for both the employee/s and the senior management in all matters pertaining to HR ,Quality Management & Process .Involved in developing, advising, implementing and communicating management policies, conditions of employment ,recruitment,creating job descriptions-success maps-KPIs , training and development ,salary reviews and ensuring they are in line with legal requirements and industry standards , documentation ,writing contracts, employee welfare and legal disputes, creating the Employee Handbook for Weiss-Rohlig India , Quality Management ( ISO 9001:2008 ) , Process Management , conducting Internal-Quality Audits and creating the Audit Reports , raising Service Exception Reports ( SERs) for non compliances noticed , following up on Corrective & Preventive Action/s taken on Non -Complainces noticed during the Audit , taking care of the centralised EDI Processing Centre ( EDIC ),matters pertaining to the Customs License & Legal related matters.
