• Run CNC milling machines and satisfy production orders on daily basis within the tolerance of 1/16”.• Check the tools and the Auto tool system daily.• Run CNC Plasma or Oxyfuel on the production requirements.• Run Mazak CNC milling machines, CNC Eliminator, CNC Plasma, Quick drill under the supervision of Production Manager.• Program the given production parts on Mastercam and meet the drawing requirements.• Check GD & T of every part and make sure it is under tolerance.

• Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting tools or computer- assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software. • Analyze operations to evaluate performance of a company or its staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, or repair to ensure that machines or equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications. • Write performance requirements for products development or engineering projects. • Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations to maintenance crew. • To identify new ideas to design and manufacture CNC profile cutting machine. • Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain mechanical products and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
