 To maintain and develop HR policies, ensuring compliance and to contribute the Development of corporate HR policies Support the management and execution of annual review process through effective implementation of performance and remuneration reviews Drive employee engagement activities and redesign HR benefits and policies in order to improve employee experience Supervise the administrative requirements such as offer and appointment letters, Pre-employment medical check-ups, database management, Pay rolls and Bank Account openings Keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance and pension plan, personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety Ensure appropriate communication at all staff levels Develop specific actionable Strategies, Plan, Policies and Systems for effective implementation of HR process Design, deliver and roll out engaging induction for new joiners in order to improve the employee experience Prepare job descriptions, job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications Hiring candidates for USA, UK, Australia`s survey process Excellent experience on job portals – Naukri, Shine, Indeed, Linkedin, Careerage, etc

 Client handling experience preferred Great analytical skills to understand the client requirements Good coordination skills with time management abilities Punctuality, ability to complete the tasks on time and client engagement skills Email drafting experience is essential. International client interaction will be preferred Responsible for manpower requirement analysis as per the project/client requirements Schedule interviews of team members with the client, take feedback and inform the tech leads and project managers about the same Coordinating with Tech leads and project managers to arrange the replacement of the team members
